STUDIOPLEX LOFTS

Studioplex Lofts uniquely blends history and urban contemporary living and work spaces together into one location.  The old cotton warehouse located in the Old Fourth Ward area was built in 1906.   This warehouse housed cotton before it was bagged and was the first fireproof brick building built in the city. An Old Fourth Ward and Atlanta landmark, the water tower, is actually part of Studioplex Lofts as it was the water source for the cotton warehouse. Dynasty Real Estate & Development staff worked as a Development Director.

DYNAMIC METALS LOFTS

Dynamic Metals Lofts is a project developed by Bank of America, in partnership with the Historic District Development Corporation of Atlanta (HDDC), a minority-owned 501(c)3 corporation. This $10 million mixed-use building once held an idled laundry, service station, and the old Dynamic Metals recycling plant. The project addressed vital environmental and redevelopment challenges. Under the leadership of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, a $700,000 cleanup effort removed industrial chemicals and other contaminants from the site making it available for safe, productive new use.  Dynasty Realty & Development staff worked as a Development Director and handled real estate sales transactions that range in price from $120K - $270K.

MODULAR HOMES

A partnership between Genesis Homes, the Historic District Development Corporation, Freddie Mac, and several financial institutions have played an important part in the revitalization of Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood district.  With 80% of the construction process completed off-site, on-site construction was kept to a minimum. The process helped to dramatically reduce security risks and ensured the new homes - and the construction process - made a positive impact on the neighborhood.  Dynasty Realty & Development staff worked as a Development Director and handled real estate sales transactions

BANKHEAD SEAFOOD

The site located at 1651 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway is home to the iconic restaurant, Bankhead Seafood. It served Atlanta Westside neighborhoods for more than 50 years as a take-out restaurant and was purchased from the previous owner with intent to redevelop and expand the restaurant. The new restaurant owned by two of Atlanta’s distinguished entertainers, Clifford “T.I.” Harris and Michael Render aka “Killer Mike” features 5,120 sq ft and delivers a dine -in facility with seating capacity of 130.

The redevelopment  addressed structural damage and code requirements, incorporate a rooftop patio, outdoor seating, and expanded parking. The project also improves community amenities, access to neighborhood jobs and preserves cultural landmarks.
