Dynasty Realty & Development was founded in 2005. The firm delivers positive results and enhanced value for clients through a combination of expert analysis, market knowledge, talent and collaboration. Our real estate team is poised to provide services from purchase to sale, and/or the leasing of an asset. We assist with office, retail, multifamily and industrial assets for clients at any stage of their ownership cycle.
We combine in-depth analysis of each asset with consideration from different investor perspectives, while including cash-flow models and anticipated returns to obtain information vital for making wise investment decisions.

Donna provides direction and management over Dynasty Realty's construction management and development of residential, multifamily and mixed- use development projects nationwide.She works closely with public and private entities,
as well as real estate and housing professionals to revitalize neighborhoods and increase
economic and housing opportunities across the United States.

Ms. Tyler held previous positions as Vice President of Development for the Historic District Development Corporation, which redeveloped the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historically designated neighborhood in Atlanta, GA. Her career has included; construction manager, for certified 8(a) minority construction companies in Alabama and Georgia, and as
construction analyst for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Relief Services.

Donna Tyler holds an undergraduate degree from Anne Arundel College in Computer Science and Building Technology Certification from Georgia Technical Institute and Affordable Housing Certification from NeighborWorks America.
Ms. Tyler is also an active licensed Real Estate Broker for her family operated firm - Dynasty Realty, LLC in Georgia, and a
licensed Broker in Florida, and Alabama.

KRYSTAL TYLER-PETERSON
Krystal brings an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate sales and development to the company. She started her career as a Realtor in 2005 for an Atlanta-based real estate and development firm, that primarily focused on luxury home sales and developer/investment portfolios. Within her first year as a Realtor, she achieved membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. She has served as the listing agent for Fulton County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and has years of experience in community and housing development within the City of Atlanta. Krystal continues to exceed forecast projections and is currently the top producing broker and portfolio specialist for Dynasty Real Estate Development.
Mrs. Krystal Tyler-Peterson is a graduate of various institutes of higher learning: Spelman College (Bachelors of Arts in Political Science), Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate (Georgia Salesperson & Broker), Southface Training Center (Certificate of Completion for EarthCraft and Green Builder Training), and Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance (Construction Business Management Certification). Krystal is a charter member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Professional Women in Building Association, as well as the National Association of Women Business Owners – Atlanta Chapter.

KIMBERLY CARR - BROWN
Kimberly has over 15 years of experience in construction management, project development, and real estate sales for both single-family and multi-unit residential and commercial properties. She is a licensed realtor and a licensed State of Georgia Residential and Light Commercial general contractor with professional training in space planning and interior design. She has participated in the management of numerous successful real estate development projects and handled various real estate sale transactions.
Kimberly provides our clients not only with professional real estate services but the value-added service of providing turnkey solutions when purchasing properties that require renovation.
Ms. Carr Brown graduated from Tuskegee University with a degree in accounting and a Master’s degree from Auburn University prior to obtaining her real estate license in Georgia in 2004.. She is a graduate of the charter class of the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance Construction Business Management Certification program and a member of the Professional Women in Building Association.
